FIFA Player Impact Programme

Founded in 1904, the Fédération Internationale de Football Association (FIFA) boasts 211 members and is one of the most prestigious sports organization in the world.

Since 2025, we have worked with FIFA’s Women’s Football Division to design a new FIFA Player Impact Programme. The programme:

• Equips players with the skills, resources, and support needed to positively impact their communities
• Develops players’ leadership, strategy, and partnership skills
• Connects players with social change leaders and other purpose-driven athletes
• Supports players to build their personal brands
• Grows the beautiful game in communities across the globe

Unleash professional footballers’ potential to positively impact their communities, and advance FIFA’s mission to make football truly global, accessible and inclusive.

Since 2025, the programme has:

• Trained 14 of the world’s best women’s footballers to build impact projects that will reach more than 20,000 people across 13 countries
• Delivered expertise, funding, and visibility to players’ impact projects worldwide
• Given players the confidence and professional skills to be leaders in addressing social challenges, both during and after their football careers
• Deepened FIFA’s player relationships and expanded FIFA’s footprint in communities across the globe
• Achieved a Net Promoter Score of 100
